Google has already been fined for Android antitrust violations
The European Commission fined Google €4.34 billion for illegal practices regarding Android mobile devices, as a way to strengthen dominance of their search engine and the conditions for licensing Google Play Store.
Developers’s position is compromised
The lack of alternative marketplaces to distribute apps forces developers to accept Google’s abusive conditions: a 30% commission for all in-app payments -apps distributed in Aptoide only pay 19%- or, their Publisher Account being closed with no explanations.
